At this time, all beauty services are performed exclusively by Brittney Latrece.

Additional independent beauty professionals may occasionally operate within Palm + Serum Haus as separate businesses and are responsible for their own bookings, pricing, and policies.

Beauty Maintenance Services

• Maintenance appointments may be booked online.

• Services are offered on select scheduled days.

• If you do not see availability, please text the business line.

Availability outside of scheduled days is not guaranteed.

Full Loc Extension Installations

• Palm + Serum Haus accepts a limited number of full installations each month.

• Installations are not booked online.

• All installation requests require consultation and approval.

• To inquire about an installation, please text the business line.

Guests traveling to Palm + Serum Haus may be eligible for:

• Overnight accommodations

Availability varies based on occupancy and scheduling.

✨ APPOINTMENT DETAILS

• Installation services are considered full-day appointments.

• Please plan accordingly.

• Final payment information and arrival instructions will be provided prior to your appointment.

• Remaining balances are due before services begin.

✨ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

For overnight guests:

Check-In: 5:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request.

Additional fees may apply.

✨ LATE POLICY

A 30-minute grace period is allowed.

After that time, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.

✨ RESCHEDULING / NO-SHOW POLICY

To reschedule, please contact the business line.

No-call/no-show appointments may result in:

• Loss of deposit

• Rebooking fee

• Future booking restrictions
